All delivery and tracking details are supplied to you once the courier has collected your order. \u00a0We use the best in the business &#8211; The Courier Guy.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">Collect \u2013 You can choose to collect if you live in the area where Dachspaws operates from which is Pretoria. \u00a0Collection on appointments, please.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\"><strong>Will I have to sign for my package and show Identification?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">The courier company will need you to sign so delivery can be confirmed, but no ID needs to be shown.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\"><strong>What happens if an item is missing from my shipment?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">Contact us by E-mail: (<a style=\"color: #000000\" href=\"mailto:info@longdog.co.za\">info@dachspaws.co.za<\/a>\u00a0) within 24 hours of the delivery has taken place. Please have your Order Number ready. \u00a0Any other query can also be handled as such.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\"><strong>How do I track my order?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">As soon as your order is collected by the courier company, we will send you an e-mail with tracking details. You can contact us anytime via email if you have concerns or if the parcel can\u2019t be delivered on a certain date.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\"><strong>When will my order start to be processed?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">We start processing your order once your payment has been authorised.
